Seedvest deliberately does not offer futures, options, commodities, or leveraged intraday margin trading. Our platform is exclusively designed for cash equities, ETFs, and direct mutual funds to protect retail investors from rapid capital destruction.
3. Conflict of interest policy
Seedvest does not engage in proprietary trading, algorithmic market making, or merchant banking underwriting. We receive zero payment for order flow (PFOF) and zero distributor commissions on mutual funds.
4. Execution-Only Platform disclosure
Mutual fund transactions on Seedvest are executed under the SEBI Execution-Only Platform (EOP) framework. We act purely as a transaction processing conduit between the investor and asset management companies without offering portfolio management or advisory services.
