1. Who we are

Seedvest Broking Private Limited is a fictional retail investment platform registered in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This website and associated applications are demonstration prototypes built for portfolio review.

Nothing contained within this platform constitutes an offer, solicitation, or legal financial contract under Indian law.

2. Eligibility

To open a demonstration account on Seedvest, you must be a resident individual of India aged 18 years or older with a valid simulated PAN and Aadhaar number.

Accounts are non-transferable and intended exclusively for single-party individual use.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, 4-digit PIN, and session tokens. All orders initiated through your authenticated account are deemed approved by you.

We reserve the right to lock simulated sessions after 5 minutes of inactivity for your security.

4. Orders and execution

Orders for equities and mutual funds are routed deterministically through our local simulation engine. Quotes mimic the Meridian Exchange (MX) order book with simulated latency and price band halts.

No actual market transactions or settlements occur on real exchanges.

5. Mutual fund transactions

Seedvest acts as an Execution-Only Platform (EOP-DEMO-0005) for direct plan mutual funds. No distributor commissions are deducted from your investment amount.

All NAVs, unit allocations, and dividend credits are simulated using historical and synthetic NAV sequences.

6. Fees and charges

Brokerage is charged at ₹0 for the first 30 days, and thereafter at ₹10 or 0.1% per executed equity delivery order, whichever is lower. Direct mutual fund transactions are ₹0 commission.

Statutory charges (STT, stamp duty, exchange turnover fees, SEBI charges, GST) are simulated in accordance with standard tariff schedules.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend simulated accounts that fail KYC verification, show fraudulent activity indicators, or trigger compliance flags in the Greenhouse operations queue.

You may close your account or reset simulated session state at any time via Settings.

8. Limitation of liability

Seedvest shall not be liable for any simulated portfolio gains or losses, simulated service interruptions, or browser storage resets.

Market investments are inherently subject to price fluctuations; past simulated performance does not guarantee future results.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These illustrative terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any hypothetical legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
