Internal operating standards for account closure, funds settlement, dormant accounts, and nominees.
1. Account closure
An investor may request account closure at any time provided all open positions are squared off, any negative ledger balance is settled, and active SIP mandates are paused or revoked. Zero closure fees apply.
2. Inactive and dormant accounts
Accounts with zero login or trading activity for 12 consecutive months are marked dormant to prevent unauthorized access. Re-activation requires an OTP confirmation and fresh bank penny-drop verification.
3. Quarterly funds settlement
Unutilized investor funds held in the trading ledger are settled back to the client's primary verified bank account on the first Friday of every quarter per regulatory guidelines.
4. Nomination policy
Every individual account holder is encouraged to register up to 3 nominees with specified percentage shares. An explicit opt-out declaration is required if nomination is not provided.
