1. What we collect

During KYC and onboarding, we collect your name, email, phone number, PAN, masked Aadhaar (last 4 digits), date of birth, bank account details, and live selfie liveness frames.

We automatically collect device identifiers, browser attributes, and simulation event telemetry to operate the demo and live feed.

2. Why we collect your data

To satisfy regulatory KYC identity checks, authenticate orders via PIN, provide investment statements, and personalize your garden holdings layout.

3. Information sharing

Data in this concept environment is strictly stored in client-side localStorage and simulated in-memory state. No information is transmitted to real external exchanges, depositories, KRAs, or AMCs.

In a production system, data would be shared solely with registered clearing corporations, depositories, and statutory authorities.

4. Data retention

Simulated customer records and audit trails are retained locally in browser storage until cleared by the user or persona switch.

5. Your rights

You have the right to inspect your simulated profile data, request correction of bank mandates, toggle privacy masking (₹ ••••), and export your audit history as CSV.
